    Excellent host communication was a bright spot.

    I stayed in a Deluxe Twin Room, and the experience was far from satisfactory. The bed frame felt unstable, creaking every time I shifted, which made me question its safety. I found the cleanliness to be lacking—dust and debris were present in corners, just a disappointment for the price.

    The kitchen facilities were a dream—well-equipped with sharp knives and industrial-grade appliances (such a bonus! ). The location was perfect, right in the city center and close to local attractions, making everything so accessible.

    We truly enjoyed our stay, especially with our grandchild. The owners put a lot of effort into making everything comfortable. We had a lovely stroll along the beach, and the food was fresh and delicious.

    spacious room, easy check-in, the continental breakfast offered a great variety of cereals, toast, and fruit which helped kickstart my day, and the location was fantastic as it was within walking distance to the beach and conveniently close to the nearest airport.

    rooms at 31 has a great laid-back vibe with self check-in and a self-service breakfast that let me grab food whenever I wanted. the location is perfect, just a short stroll from the beautiful beach, and I loved having the option to store my bike in the garage. the independence really made my stay special.
